Should he remove the thorn?

The weather was mercilessly hot that night. The moon provided it radiance over the land. In a house surrounded by peace and tranquility laid someone on his bed. Though the darkness was around him, the moonlight escaped the windows to shed some light into his room. He laid still on his bed looking up at the ceiling. With the faint light, he could make out the ceiling and the light that was now turned off. He didnt dare move as that would just aggravate his injured right leg. An injury he suffered from an incident months ago. Not seeking immediate medical expertise only prolonged his pain until now. He would see a doctor, but the pain was a sensation that he enojyed from time to time. Something to divert his focus away, away from the things he hated to keep in his mind. At some point in time he thought that it had gone away. But ever so often, it would return to haunt him, to drown him in guilt. The thought of making another suffer, of having caused another pain and sorrow even if he didn't mean to do so. Just the very thought of knowing he was the root of it thrown him into a world of torture - one that he had been to before in the past and he'd never want to return again. That's why he needed the injury. A piercing pain to end his thoughts and to bring him back to reality, at least the less bitter part of it. Pain was the cure for him but it wasn't a permenant one. Just a temporary relief and then the real pain returned. Somehow, he knew that it would continue to come back though countless attempts were tested to disprove that. He acknowledged that the thoughts would be a part of his life like a thorn in his flesh. There was a way though to release him from it. Unfortunately, it would hurt him so much to do so. To tear his own flesh and remove the thorn forever. He would have gotten rid of it forever but a permenant scar would exist as a reminder. A memory of the past. Just another chapter in his life written off.
Should he remove the thorn?
Should he remove the thorn?

So long no update dy...
I'm halfway through my internship! OMG - so unbelievable! and I got my first paycheck and I paid TAX! I feel so adult-ish sometimes. Seriously.
Anyways - I caught The Dark Knight this week. Haha! Finally watched it. It was really good but I must add that it was really long as well. I felt like this was a modern version of LOTR. All in all, yes - the Joker was really different but there is one thing I must mention here. The girl in the movie is NOT hot at all. Potong stim.
Spoiler ahead :
I was actually really happy when she got blown up at the later part of the movie. YES! No more eye sore! Woohoo!
I just heard that Malaysian inflation rose to a very high rate - sigh. Why are you lowering my purchasing power! ARGH, I'm so going to Singapore to shop - hehe. I feel so much like a girl sometimes...
Talking about shopping - I bought a shirt from FCUK today. Muahaha! Don't worry I'll show it around very soon. Love my new shirt! :)
I got introduced to a new song - love it so much as well.
Flo Rida feat Will.I.am - In the Ayer
Will :
Oh Hot Damn,
This is my jam,
Keep me partying till the AM,
Y'all don't understand,
Make me throw my hands,
In the Ay-er! Ay! Ay-er! Ay! Ay-er!
Oh yea! love that..

Time flies...
It's my third week now in Deutsche Bank. Just 6 weeks before I head back to Malaysia. All I can say so far is that I'm learning a lot from this internship - which is pretty good but really tiring to my poor head as well. I can predict more white hair growing there. Sigh.

Anyways, I have been keeping up with the on going events in Malaysia - all I can see is politics politics and price hike. Whatever happened to all the random news? Frankly, I'm a little sick with the current political status of Malaysia but I won't ramble on that here. Nor will I ramble on about work and the current financial news. Shall spare my blog the boredom and all...
News! I have been spending off my soon to come money from my first paycheck! Haha - I really need to save the money... sigh.. But it looked so nice! and it's summer! the perfect time to get it. Most of the time I would say that I shop like a guy and get the stuff I want then leave the shop. That alone would just take me about 10 minutes tops...
But for this one, it took me about 1 hour to get it. Sorry michelle for making you wait. I needed to make sure that it looked good on me - and to pick out the right colour that would make me look really cool when I wear it. The colour, the type of lens and the frame. All those were crucial aspects that influenced my choice. And then I got it... my first pair of Oakleys... Muahaha
Yes - I didn't get prescription lens and so I need to wear contacts whenever I want to show them off, but who cares? Contacts are such a small price to pay for such a cool pair of shades. And trust me when I saw that they really make all the difference when you're in the sun.
See the sky? Hahaha... Love the reflection on the lens... it's so reflective.. that you can even do your hair anytime you want! a portable mirror! lol
See! it works! Such a brilliant feature. And yes, that burnt a hole in my wallet - but beauty has its price, vanity apparently as well.
I'm actually looking forward to go home, the London weather currently isn't very pleasant. Rain and gloomy weather, plus the obvious fact that the sun never seem to be able to show its face makes London really sad and depressing to live in. I just hope the weekend would see a much better weather - for my shades to show themselves.
Till the next time I am free enough to blog, cheers!
